JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and it is pointed out that co-accused Babu Lal Sah, who happens to be husband of the deceased, has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court by order dated 03-022016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50270 of 2015. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 39 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana, Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari.
