Petitioner in the present case is seeking the following reliefs:- "That this writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner noted above for the issuance of direction to the respondents most particularly respondent no. 4 and 5 to ensure safety and security of life and property of the petitioner and his family members, which is at eminent danger at the hands of respondent no. 6, who is giving continuous threat to the petitioner to withdraw the Lokayukt complaint (01/2016) (6829) pending before the Hon'ble Lokayukt and the same is fixed for final hearing on 30.10.2017 in the ocurt of Hon'ble Lokayukt Kautila Marg, Patna failing which be ready to

This writ application was filed in the year 2017, more than five years have gone thereafter. At this stage, since no one has appeared for the petitioner, this Court has reasons to believe that the reliefs prayed in the writ application are no longer required by the petitioner. Hence, he has no interest in pursuing this matter.

This writ application is, thus, dismissed as not pressed.
