Petitioner is named in the first information report but admittedly, after due investigation petitioner was not sent up for trial and thereafter, the concerned court took cognizance of the offence against the petitioner also.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ran Vijay Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Rupauli P.S.
