The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with CBI/ACB Case No. - RC0232015A0001/2015 dated 27.02.2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 120-B, read with Sections, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 13(2), read with 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment on the post of Gram Dak Sevak on the basis of forged certificate obtained from Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to various orders passed by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42178 of 2018(2) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 the different Benches of this Court, whereby all other beneficiaries of such conspiracy who have obtained appointment on forged certificates have been granted anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge CBI-II, Patna in connection with CBI/ACB Case No. - RC0232015A0001/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
