The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 386, 511, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)A, 26/35 Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession only Samsung mobile was recovered. No arms and ammunitions was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 15.11.2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Barhat P.S. Case No. 72 of 2014.
