One TV set and DVD of Philips company are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 16.8.2015 but the recovered articles were not put on test identification parade. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S.
