1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by order dated 28.01.2026, but while describing the petitioner's village, it was recorded in the order dated 28.01.2026 as Bhagwanpur Bhuski, when in the anticipatory bail application the name of the village was recorded as Bhagwatpur Bhuski.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the name of the village of the petitioner in the order dated 28.01.2026 shall be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2832 of 2026(3) dt.09-02-2026 2/2 read as Bhagwatpur Bhuski instead of Bhagwanpur Bhuski.

5. The order dated 28.01.2026 is modified to the extent as indicated above, rest of the order shall remain the same.
