From the pleading, it appears that petitioner has added as alias name in the writ petition and as a result thereof, in the order alias name was typed.

Since the error is in the petition itself, the order dated 27.8.2019 was accordingly passed, carrying alias name of the petitioner.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the order dated 27.8.2019 is modified to the extent that it should be read as " Rani Kumari" instead of "Rani Kumari alias Renu Kumari". With the aforesaid correction, the I.A is allowed. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U
