2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 24.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72987 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been enlarged on anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 24.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.72987 of 2024, but the petitioner could not be released as the address of the petitioner is wrong, in the main anticipatory bail petition, it is mentioned as Resident of Village-Kanan, P.S.-Jamui, District- Jamui, whereas the present and correct address of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6856 of 2025(2) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 petitioner is Resident of Village Jalayadostani, Manjosh, Block and P.S.- Sikandra, District-Jamui.

4. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons mentioned in the modification application, let the address of the petitioner be read as Resident of Village Jalayadostani, Manjosh, Block and P.S.- Sikandra, DistrictJamui, and the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Tetarhat P.S. Case No. 60 of 2024, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund.

5. The order dated 24.10.2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above and rest of the order shall remain intact.

6. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
