JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant by means of iron instrument. Annexure-2 to this petition reveals that informant sustained altogether four injuries and out of the aforesaid four injuries, opinion regarding injury no. 1 and 3 was kept reserved till receipt of X-ray report. The injury no. 1 was found on the upper part of the nose and injury no. 3 was found on left lower leg.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner is in jail custody since long and he does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
