JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner surfaced in this case in course of investigation when one witness, namely, Ramnath Singh at paragraph-30 of the case diary claimed to have seen the petitioner prior to the alleged occurrence taking wine and after that coaccused Ejaj Ahmad was arrested and confessed his guilt disclosing the name of the petitioner. Subsequently, some witnesses also claimed to have seen the petitioner committing the alleged crime.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2637 of 2016 (2) dt.29-01-2016 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No.66 of 2015.
