JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 327 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is that petitioners and other assaulted the father of informant causing injuries to him and later on he succumbed to his injuries.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are ladies and have falsely been implicated in this case and no specific allegation has been attributed to them and they have been in judicial custody since 04.11.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.956 of 2020(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions as above, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 327 of 2019, subject to the condition that petitioners will cooperate in disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of their bail bonds.
