Petitioners seek bail in Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.549 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 50 litres country made liquor has been from possession of the petitioners.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 05.12.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
