2. Though all the documents attached with the writ petition relate to Shyam Narayan Singh. The petitioner who is son of the said Shyam Narayan Singh has jumped and filed this writ petition.

3. A bare perusal of the writ petition would show that at no place it has been recorded the present status of Shyam Narayan Singh either in the plaint or in the averment.

4. In that background, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file fresh petition alongwith all the relevant documents.
