The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 144, 149, 447, 427, 114, 341, 323, 308 and 379/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assault upon the informant and he sustained injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2560 of 2022(2) dt.28-07-2022 2/2 parties and no specific allegation against them. From perusal of the impugned order, the injuries are simple in nature. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B.K. Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 792 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
