This application has been preferred praying inter alia for the following relief/s:

"For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ/order/direction to quash the Memo No.2871 dated 03.12.2019 issued by the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna so far it relates to the teachers and students of elementary schools whereby and whereunder the order has been issued for engagement of teachers, students and other employees in human chain (Manav Srinkhala) which is proposed/directed to be made on 19.01.2020 in the State of Bihar and ancillary reliefs."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the passage of time, the application has become infructuous. As such, the application is disposed of as having become infructuous.
