The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 118 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Section 304 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the deceased stated that his daughter was married to one Pankaj Kumar son of the petitioner but her husband and other in-laws were subjecting to physical and mental torture to her. On 25.07.2013, the informant got information about the death of his daughter.

It is submitted that the daughter of the informant was pregnant and she was under treatment of doctor, namely, Kamini Choudhary. She died during her pregnancy. Petitioner is father-inlaw of the deceased and he is in jail since 08.12.2014. No specific

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10850 of 2015 (4) dt.29-07-2015 allegation is made against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 118 of 2013.
