The petitioner seeks bail in Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 232 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with coaccused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of informant. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C has stated that she went along with this petitioner without any pressure to his aunt's house and she wanted to marry with the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 22.10.2021. Counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

No.2408 of 2022(2) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 In view of statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C of the victim girl, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 232 of 2021.
