JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2016 It is submitted that due to bonafide mistake in paragraph-1 and in the prayer portion of the application Sessions Trial No. 165 of 2015 has been written and accordingly in the second paragraph and in the last paragraph of the order dated 04.04.2016 Sessions Trial No. 165 of 2015 has been typed which should be Sessions Trial No. 165 of 2013.

As the mistake appears bonafide and as such in the second paragraph and in the last paragraph of the order dated 04.04.2016 in place of Sessions Trial No. 165 of 2015, Sessions Trial No. 165 of 2013 be read.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is also permitted to make correction accordingly in paragraph-1and in the prayer portion of the application.
