Patna High Court CWJC No.1230 of 2020(4) dt.14-07-2022 2/2 22.05.2022 passed by the Circle Officer, Kharik, DistrictBhagalpur whereaftar the encroachment in question has also been removed.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted liberty to file appeal, if so advised, against the final order dated 22.05.2022.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as having become infructuous.
