Admittedly, the deceased committed suicide but claim of the informant is that the deceased had illicit relation with petitioner and in a Panchayati, the deceased and the petitioner were fined by the Panches and the petitioner was asked to marry with the deceased but subsequently, the petitioner refused to marry with the deceased as a result whereof, the deceased committed suicide.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even if, the prosecution story assumed to be true, then also, it were Punches who pressurized the deceased and highlighted her so-called illicit relation. It is further contended by her that Punches have already

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 77 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri J. Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Supaul. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
