2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the petitioner and the victim girl were in relationship. Petitioner is in jail since 31.10.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4367 of 2024(3) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Buxar/concerned Court below in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 148 of 2023.
