JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to file representation before respondent no.2 for redressal of grievance in view of the order dated 14.12.2006 passed in CWJC No. 2445/2005 and the order dated 12th of July, 2007, issued vide memo no. 2361 by Director, Agriculture, as contained in annexure -3 as well as office order No.8 dated 24th of July, 2007, by Deputy Director, Agriculture, as contained in annexure-5. Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
If any such representation is filed it is expected from
Patna High Court CWJC No.6100 of 2008 (5) dt.30-01-2017 2/2 respondent no.2, the Director, Agriculture, Bihar, Patna, to dispose of the same within a period of two months of the receipt of such representation.
