This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Amour P.S. Case No. 181 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have participated in the murder of the deceased and the materials are there to connect her with the crime, inasmuch as, the petitioner has criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, in the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to
