The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 153(A), 295(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of the I.T. Act.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner having posted message and suggestion on Facebook, which was objectionable to one community.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 16.11.2018.
