For issuance of appropriate writ/order or direction commanding the respondent authorities to select/appoint the petitioner as Anganbari Sevika on the said centre no. 241; ward no. 6 in Gram Panchayat Nimuya, Block Majhagarh, District- Gopalganj." Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to file a petition afresh on the same and subsequent cause of action. Prayer allowed.
