2. Heard Mr. Shivendra Lal Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Gyan Shankar, learned AC to GP 2 for the State.

3. In view of the counter affidavit and supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State authorities, it appears

Patna High Court CWJC No.1674 of 2019 dt.17-08-2020 2/2 that the grievance of the petitioner with regard to payment of his retiral dues has been redressed.

4. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that benefit as per the 6th Pay Revision Commission, has not been granted to him. He submitted that he may be permitted to file a representation with regard to the same before the authorities concerned.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

6. If the petitioner files such representation before respondent no. 3 within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off by passing a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of the representation. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled to any further payment, the same shall also be paid to him within six weeks of passing of the order on his representation.
