2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 323 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 310(4), 310(5) of B.N.S. and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one live cartridge, one country-made pistol and one stolen motorcycle was recovered. The petitioners are accused in three more cases of the Arms Act.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the custody and antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at present. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. However, the petitioners are given liberty to renew their prayer for bail if the trial is delay.
