The petitioner seeks bail in Motihari (M) P.S. Case No. 154/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09-07-2014. It is submitted that there is land dispute between the parties but there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he had assaulted the father of the informant with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6906 of 2015 (2) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 sword killing him on spot. Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner namely Subedar Mukhiya on bail.

The prayer for bail is once again rejected.
