2. Earlier also, twice when the matter was taken up, there was none to press the present application, filed for initiating a contempt proceedings against the proposed contemnor/opposite parties.

Mr. Shashi Shekhar Tiwary, learned counsel representing the State with reference to the averments made in the supplementary show-cause submits that present contempt petition has been filed for alleged non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 17.10.2017 by which interim stay was granted. However, subsequently the writ application being
Patna High Court MJC No.3454 of 2017(4) dt.18-08-2023 2/2 CWJC No. 15183 of 2017 has been finally disposed of vide order dated 26.06.2020 and, as such, the present contempt petition has become infructuous.
4. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the State, prima facie, it appears that the writ application has been finally disposed of, thus the interim order merged with the final order, as such, the present contempt application has become infructuous.
5. In view thereof, the present contempt application stands disposed of.
