2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9330 of 2023(4) dt.09-10-2023 2/3 Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 37, 27 of the Arms Act. Later on Section 302 IPC has been added.

3. Petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and his son by means of farsa and butt of pistol.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners. He submits that there is specific allegation against co-accused Umesh Yadav, Ramnath Yadav and Prabha Devi. He submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioners. He further submits that petitioner no. 2 has one criminal antecedent and rest of the petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.

5. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant oppose the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with
