JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 08-04-2015 This case has been placed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

It is submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 04.03.2015, the bail bond was filed before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, Darbhanga, but the bail bond was not accepted on the ground that the other bailor is not the covillager and the petitioners are residents of Uttar Pradesh and so, the local bailor may not be accepted.

From perusal of the conditions mentioned in the aforesaid order dated 4.03.2015, it appears that the second condition is that one of the bailors must be the close relative of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8574 of 2015 (4) dt.08-04-2015 2/2 petitioners, it means the other bailor may be any person who wants to be bailor of the petitioners, that should be accepted by the learned Magistrate.
