JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although, petitioner is said to have given sword blow to the informant but it appears that the informant has sustained simple injury.
Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there was land dispute between the parties and as a matter of fact both parties lodged cases against each others for the occurrence of the same day.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1704 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui Town P.S. Case No.270 of 2015.
