The petitioner seeks bail in Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 28 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304 B and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his daughter was killed by her husband Rajiv Singh and other in-laws.

It is submitted that the petitioner is father-in-law. No specific allegation was made against the petitioner. Mother-in-law, Baby Devi and brother-in-law (Ajit Kumar Singh) have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42332 of 2014. The petitioner is in jail since 17.08.2014 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
