JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 22-04-2015 The petitioner, whose prayer for bail was rejected earlier by this Court on 23rd July, 2014, has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that though charges have been framed but till date not even a single witness has turned up on behalf of the prosecution to depose in the court.

Regard being had to the observations made in the order dated 23.7.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24805 of 2014, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Patna City in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 469 of 2013.
