Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehended their arrest in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No 40 of 2021 instituted on 10.04.2021 registered for the offence under Section 366 A, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 has
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2464 of 2022(2) dt.08-08-2022 2/2 made allegation of kidnapping only against the co-accused Ravi Kant alias shri Kant. There is no allegation of kidnapping against the petitioners. They have falsely been implicated since they are the family members of co-accused Ravi Kant. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on abil on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each tot he satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ist, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 40 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) shweta/- U T
