The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant named five persons and alleged that all the accused persons assaulted him and Lalan Singh. It appears that the informant got one incised wound. The injury is simple in nature. Lalan Singh has got one incised wound and another injury on forearms. The injury caused on forearm was found grievous. There is omnibus and general allegation of assault against all the five accused persons. No specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner. There is land dispute between the parties. Petitioner is in jail since 02.12.2014.
