The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.711 of 2022, registered for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2466 of 2023(2) dt.24-03-2023 2/3 offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 448 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners alongwith other co-accused persons variously armed with different weapons came at the house of Birendra Yadav and looted Rs.51,000/- and ornaments. It is also alleged that several persons sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties on account of admitted land dispute. It is submitted that the allegations are not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. It is not specifically alleged that who assaulted the informant and other persons.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Taking into consideration the fact that no specific allegation is made against the petitioners, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be

Case No.711 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
