The petitioner is in custody since 28.4.2014 in connection with S.T.No.327 of 2014, arising out of Raj Nagar P.S. Case No.191 of 2012, registered for the offences under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and he has been taken into custody on mere suspicion. It is further submitted that neither the petitioner has been put on T.I. Parade nor there has been any recovery from his possession.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12741 of 2015 (2) dt.15-05-2015 2/2 bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Madhubani, in connection with S.T.No.327 of 2014, arising out of Raj Nagar P.S. Case No.191 of 2012.
