The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No.381 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) and 37 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady who is said to have been named by her son who was caught with illicit liquor and she has clean antecedent, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2843 of 2022(2) dt.21-02-2022 2/2 of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No.381 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
