1. The Petitioners seek release in Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No.229 of 2014.
2. Having gone through the judgment and order 05.02.2015 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad, in Cr. Appeal No.06 of 2015, I am convinced that if the Petitioners are released they will indulge in similar activities being habitual to such acts and will further intermingle with antisocial elements.
3. Hence, the application is rejected.
4. The Juvenile Justice Board, Aurangabad, is directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously for which reason it shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police,
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.197 of 2015 dt.09-04-2015 2/2 who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed so that there is no further delay in the enquiry.
5. The Juvenile Justice Board, Aurangabad, is directed to pass appropriate order in respect of Petitioner No.2 upon the report received from the Headmistress of the concerned school who has reported that the Petitioner never studied there. (Anjana Prakash, J) JA/- U T
