No. 7903 of 2017 The concurrent orders passed by the District Programme Officer, Samastipur, the District Magistrate, Samastipur, and the Divisional Commissioner, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga, have been affirmed by the learned writ Court and it has been found that there were various irregularities in the center, in question, and the authorities have refused to interfere in the matter.

The concurrent findings recorded by all the authorities, including the learned writ Court, do not call for any interference.

The appeal stands dismissed.
