The petitioner is in custody in Bhargama P.S. Case No. 200 of 2014 under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. He is not named in the First Information Report and the recovery of a cellular phone has not been traced to any victim. The same is not detailed as a theft property in the First Information Report. In spite of having in custody since 09.12.2014, no attempt was made by the police to organize T.I. parade for putting the petitioner for his identification. Regard being had to the above facts and circumstances, let petitioner Md. Jamil @ Jangla @ Jamil be released on bail on furnishing his personal recognition bond of Rs. 500/- (five hundred) without any surety to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate in Araria in connection with the above noted case.
