JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased. Admittedly, the deceased was a widow lady and in course of investigation, her two children have not supported the prosecution story but the dead body of deceased was found in course of investigation and as per submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the cause of death of the deceased could not be ascertained as her viscera was kept preserved. Moreover, there is no specific allegation of any overt act against the petitioner, who happens to be an old lady and, therefore, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2924 of 2016 (2) dt.02-02-2016 each in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 84 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri D.K. Tiwary, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Saran at Chapra.
