2. The MJC No. 82 of 2019 has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 31.07.2018 passed in CWJC No. 20002 of 2014.

3. Subsequently, a show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 bringing on record the memo no. 412 dated 13.02.2019 issued by the Special Work Officer in the Labour Resources Department by which the claim of the petitioner stands negated.
