JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 28.09.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Complaint Case No. 1060 of 2010.
