Petitioner is in jail custody since 19-07-2015 on the accusation that he along with one other made attempt to kidnap the informant but fortunately, he was caught by the villagers. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rajnagar P.S.
