JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- (i) For removal of encroachment from the land of N.H. 31 as temple No. CH-209+ 080 situated at near in front of Hindustan Fertilizer Co- operation Factory Bihat, Barauni Begusarai from 1972.

(ii) For removal of again constructed the same encroachment as temple No. CH-209+080 from the land of N.H.- 31 whereby the way of exit has been closed from the commercial land of the petitioner. The description of land is as follows:-

Patna High Court CWJC No.702 of 2022(2) dt.28-07-2022 2/2 "Khata No. 506, Khesera No. 6933, 6932, Area 0-4-80, Mauza Bihat, Anchal Barauni." After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the District Administration for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
