The petitioner seeks bail in Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 663 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The mother of the deceased alleged that his daughter Gudia Khatoon was married with the petitioner in the year 2006. She was informed on 24.06.2014 that his daughter was killed. The informant and others went there and found her daughter hanging. On the statement of the informant U.D. case was registered. The police also submitted chargesheet under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code as the deceased herself committed suicide. It is submitted that after four months of the occurrence.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11324 of 2015 (4) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 The informant lodged this case making allegation of demand of dowry and torture. The deceased committed suicide as she was not able to give birth of a child and she was under depression. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 663 of 2014.
