Petitioner apprehends her arrest in Manjhi P.S. Case No.100 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the deceased alleged that his daughter was married to Durgesh Prasad in the month of December, 2012. His daughter gave birth to two children but thereafter the son-in-law of the informant began to demand motorcycle. The informant alleged that the petitioner and other accused persons killed his daughter and concealed her dead body in order to screen the evidence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is married sister-in-law (Nanad) of the deceased. The informant named the petitioner in the FIR but no specific

Petitioner is residing in her own Sasural (in-laws house) and she has got no manner of concern with the family affairs or any dispute arose between the husband and wife. Similarly situated other accused persons, namely, Baby Devi and Suraj Prasad, who are also in-laws of the deceased, have been granted anticipatory bail. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is married sister-in-law of the deceased, let petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 2nd, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No.100 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
